The Solar Church treats sacrament as more than devotion. It is a controlled substance, a ritual catalyst, and a legitimacy symbol—distributed through formal channels with seals, witnesses, and strict calendars. In the countryside that looks like wafers and feast days. In the capital it looks like ledgers, armed escorts, and arguments that never mention the word “shortage.”

Most people don’t know what sacrament is made from, only that it arrives by caravan, disappears into church custody, and reappears as ceremonies that keep society feeling “held together.” When rumors of disruption spread, nobles grow pious in public and desperate in private.
