Lanternbreak Clearing is a long-used caravan camp on the Valdengratz route: a broad open patch in sparse timber where wagons can circle, fires can be seen, and sentries can watch every approach.

It is called “Lanternbreak” because most caravans halt here before nightfall, then push on at first light.
